Our story
From humble beginnings
They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and whether you agree with this statement or not, the kitchen is certainly what gave TTS its humble beginnings. From the kitchen in Atlanta, where we kicked off our first cohort of learners in 2013, to the halls of Fortune 500 companies where our community works in technical roles and in many occurrences, even leads large-scale digital transformations – I guess you can say that we’ve grown a bit!
We are now a lead provider of technical recruiting, training, and staffing – with a nationwide network of 70,000+ students, alumni, instructors, community partners & corporate clients. From its foundation, TTS has been about people – and even though we’re growing, we just like to say we’re adding to the family!
Why we exist
The demand for tech talent is monumental, and only growing – and to put it simply, there aren’t enough individuals equipped with the necessary skills to fill these roles and satisfy demand. We exist to create opportunities for people: to listen, mentor, and connect them with resources. When you join TTS, you become a member of a national team of thinkers, creators, dreamers, and doers. We are building a diverse tech community for a better future, one person at a time.
Whether you’re an individual trying to gain these tech skills, a company trying to fill roles, or a municipality trying to upskill your local community – we’re the place for you, and we welcome you to join our family!
