March is Women’s History Month, so today we’re honoring and acknowledging the female tech pioneers who inspire us! Women, especially women of color, have historically been underrepresented and marginalized in the tech industry. We still have a long way to go, from issues of equal pay to workplace harassment to parental leave to racial discrimination against women of color. That’s why we think it’s so important to acknowledge those who are doing great work and trailblazing for generations of women to come.
Of course, since it is Women’s History Month, we also encourage you to check out some of these resources (below) discussing the historical contributions women have made to the progress of science and technology:
Please join us in celebrating these women in technology by checking out their work and following them on social media and LinkedIn.
