Tech Talent & Strategy and the City of Rochester, NY are excited to announce our partnership to bring residents the Rochester & TTS Workforce Development Program.
We were awarded $2 million by the City to provide 160 residents with high-tech training on networking. Participants are currently training in skills like Full Stack Web Development, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing – enabling them to work in tech and tech-adjacent fields. Participants of the program will receive stipends, job placement, and job retention bonuses.
The Rochester & TTS Workforce Development Program kicked off in early February 2023 and will run continuous cohorts through 2026. Training participants will have the option of attending virtually or in person.
This program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act, which is how we are able to offer free training!
TTS Shoutout: A BIG THANKS to our newest team member, Joshua Batres, who has shown up and shown out in Rochester! We appreciate you Josh! To our current Rochester students – you’re doing awesome, and we can’t wait to see what you continue to do throughout training!
